How To Properly Clean Coils

To understand the importance of why coils need to be clean we have to first explain what your heating and cooling system does.

Basically your system is moving heat around. Taking it from a condition space (Your Home) and dumping it where it does not matter (Outside). Your system removes heat through the coils with refrigerant. The heat transfers into the refrigerant through the coils and is carried outside and released. If the coils are dirty they are thermally insulated and can not absorb the heat properly.
