In 2018 Phillip Kappell decided it was time to open his own Air Conditioning and Heating Service. Tired of working in the industry for other companies that view their customers as a disposable commodity. AC companies that over charge and have horrible custom service should not be allowed to continue business as a service provider ever.

So for the next two year he planned and organized his dream of owning is own company. Not just any company but the best company the HVAC business has seen, with low pricing, great customer service and the best guarantees. So now in 2020he started KAPPA-AIR LLC.
